Bought my bates saddle from Dover. Love it very much! Jill (hope I spelled his name right) the manager was super helpful. He spent many times in a course of weeks helping me pick out a perfect saddle and than spent even more time with me ordering it and making sure everything went well after. I had the best experience with Kevin When he came to the barn to fit the saddle. I returned a saddle and they spent an hour making calls to help me to find a replacement. You can tell they love their job and really care for their customers. All of the employees are very sweet, personable, and easy to talk to. If your looking for your next saddle, I highly recommend them, they take the time to make sure it's exactly what your wanting and that it fits you well.

Just had my jump and dressage saddles fitted by Kevin Chavis. He did an incredible job and really took the time to educate me. I'm so pleased with his response time and professionalism. Happy to say I've found my go to saddle fitter!!
