RecommendedThe store manager Traher and her staff went above and beyond for me when buying a new saddle. On two different days they swapped out a gullet into two different saddles for me so I could demo them that day. This is no easy task and I appreciated the help! Thanks again!
I had several associates help me & my daughter. They educated me (as I am not the rider, my teen daughter is), fitted her perfectly for a helmet, made breeches recommendations which my daughter loved. They were great helping me stay within budget & explain exactly what she needed based on her show class. Always fabulous. We travel 2 + hours to visit this store. Great variety too.
Was completely ignored for 20 minutes so I decided to leave. I walked past all 3 associates working and not ONE even looked at me. Worst customer service ever, but I wasn’t even surprised.
I was very impressed with the customer service! Everyone was so helpful and they went to great lengths to help us save money. Will come back for sure!
I keep coming back because the sales can't be beat. Yesterday I had my best customer service example thus far from Debbie and Elizabeth, I can't gush enough about them. We've been shopping here pretty consistently for over 5 years for all things horse and you know if you buy it here they stand behind it. The service is what keeps me coming in this store vs shopping online. I appreciate that they employ such a knowledgeable staff and not just order takers. Emma M., Lorri B., Laurie & Trayor have always given me great advice & recommendations and always with a smile. Being new to the equestrian world, I appreciate their guidance & patience with me!

Poor customer service. Ordered boots and was never informed that they cancelled the order due to them being discontinued. IMO the staff should have known they were discontinued, and I shouldn’t have had to call weeks later to learn they weren’t coming.
