RecommendedDover Saddlery in Libertyville far exceeds my expectations of costumer service and satisfaction, a rarity in today’s world! My recent experience involved the replacement of a manufacturers faulty merchandise which the Dover Store immediately rectified. That’s what I call costumer service, no excuses just excellent problem solving!
Poor customer service. Ordered boots and was never informed that they cancelled the order due to them being discontinued. IMO the staff should have known they were discontinued, and I shouldn’t have had to call weeks later to learn they weren’t coming.

RecommendedFirst experience in store at Dover Saddlery today in Raleigh NC. I had ordered online but never made the two hour trip to the nearest store. I needed help with fitting of a helmet, boots and show attire for my daughter. With very little experience in this area, I was a little nervous. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us get everything we needed at a reasonable price. Thanks so much Lorri B and all the other staff. It was worth the trip. Emily & Madi
