I had a saddle that I purchased almost 6 months ago and was using it for weekly lessons on school horses at my barn. I just bought my own large pony and the saddle I had wasn't the best fit. So I went there to get fitted for a better saddle for me and one that would fit my pony. They took back my old saddle as a return for the full purchase price even though it was used (still in excellent condition though) and put the credit towards my new saddle.
