Went in with a friend...she need show clothes they were so helpful and knowledgeable trying on breeches Blazers fitting for tall boots the whole 9 yards took there time with us....ended up saving money from what she had picked from dover online!!

I called with questions about fitting my horse to a new saddle because mine was hurting my horse and my saddle is over 25 years old. Julie was super helpful over the phone. When I was able to make it over (since I'm an hour and a half away) she made sure someone was there to help me because she was going to be off. She set me up with Mia and she was also super helpful!! Love my new M Toulouse and it fits my horse fantastic! Thank you guys!!! I'm over the moon!
Loved it ! Forgot my gift card and they were able to look it up and I could use it ! Awesome staff helping me find the right boot size. Love this place.
After waiting patiently 2 weeks for a hat delivery it was the wrong one. No help or solution was offered. Take it or leave it attitude. They left a very quiet young girl disappointed and could not have cared less. Errors happen, but staff just to stand there offering nothing, deeply disappointing. They were very quick to take Alice's $1000 not so quick to respond to their error.

Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. There are a lot of items to choose from in the store, the only thing I don't like is how far I have to travel and everything is a bit to pricey. But over all a great store to shop at!
