Great experience every time we have shopped there. Today Matthew (I think that's his name) was extremely helpful and courteous in getting my daughter new boots.
I normally do all my shopping here but after they refused to take my coupon they sent me ill be taking my business somewhere else. Don't send out coupons and then say half the items in the store aren't eligible. I can't stand companies that do that. Sorry dover but you should of ate the 15 bucks.
Had an amazing experience. The staff where very helpful. Terry was an amazing help. She was very sweet and helped me try on the perfect sizes. Thank you for a great first visit!!
