I have been a fan of Dover Saddlery for more years than I care to say! It is so great to have such a terrific store in Austin with such a wonderful staff. I particularly want to say thanks to Mikayla(?) for all her help yesterday with her advice and suggestions.

I am not the typical type of person one would think of when they picture an English rider, especially inside an establishment like Dover Saddlery. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful, especially Faith. I'm sure I was a laughable sight, but she took me seriously and made me feel welcome.
