Absolutely LOVE these people. Have been bringing my son here since he was born in 1999. Great doctors and great staff, especially doctors Lolly & Laramee! Could not recommend them more!!! :-)
Best pediatrics office around! I'm able to get my kids seen for same day/sick appointments, even on weekends! My five year old started coming down with something late in the day. I called to ask how late they see kids for sick appointments. Their answer was "We stay as late as we need to." When my older son had a problem with his legs, they had someone work directly with the school to arrange the accommodations he needed to get through his illness. I've had a wonderful experience here with both of my children, one of whom is special needs. They always have time for a sick child and will see you or answer your call any time or day, or night for that matter. Sometimes appointments seem rushed, but my children have always received excellent care. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors are knowledgeable and will work with you. I'm also not sure about the negative review of Dr. Rich. He, and the other providers, are always kind and attentive.
I have NO idea why there are poor reviews! The front office staff is super sweet and helpful and all of the doctors we've seen have been very thorough and kind. They really take their time with your child are open to questions and go above and beyond any other practice I've been to.
I am the definition of overly worried cautious first time mom. I call for questions constantly and the occasional ear infection (or fooled you ear infection). Today I went in for a regular routine checkup for my 1 1/2 year old and met with Tanya Drake. I've seen her before and always had a great liking to her. Today she sat in the room with me for OVER AN HOUR (closer to 2) discussing everything from questions, concerns, and personal stories. My daughter had her first cavity repair with Dr. Wendell today. Once she was calm with Nitrous Oxide I went to the waiting room which was difficult for me. Cavity ended up being deeper than anticipated so she required Novocaine. I wasn't aware of this until her appointment was over, so I was a little shocked and nervous for her (mostly due to my own fear of the dentist). That being said, my daughter said it was painless and isn't scared of going back! Great work!
