My daughter loves going there and is no more afraid of visiting a Dentist. Awesome job guys.
We went in for a cleaning for both my girls ( ages 6 and 4). Staff very friendly to all of us. Nice atmosphere for the girls. Cleaning went easy and quickly, which is important as girls don't have long attention span.
I thought our appointment was at 3:15 but the text I got said 3:00. We arrived at 3:00 but then had to wait about 15 minutes. Not sure if there was an error with the text reminder or if things were just running behind.
Shannon and "Dr Gary" are always wonderful. My children love to visit the dentist! Thank you for another great appointment.
My daughter chipped her tooth. They kept her as calm as they could and responded to her needs. She is a bit of a wimp but she said it wasn't too bad-- my translation -- they where gentle and did a good job.
From the front office all the way up to Dr. Gary, from Rochester all the way to now in Dover, his office has always been great! My son has ALWAYS looked forward to his cleanings and Dr. Gary has always been understanding and accommodating of children with special needs. Thank you!
We have been thrilled w/ the experience we have had for all 3 of our children!!! I wish would love to find the same for adults!
This was my sons first dental visit ever. He's two and had a blast! I was expecting a lot of tears and screaming but it ended up being lots of smiles and giggling! Would never go anywhere else. Highly recommended and will refer all of my friends here!
I brought my 3yo and 18mo old in for a check-up/cleaning. My 3yo was surprisingly cooperative (no doubt due to the hygienist explaining everything in kid-friendly terms!!). It was my 3yo 2-3 time at the dentist and usually he had cried during every visit. My 18mo old was there for his first visit and watched and tried to emulate his brother, but was only able to get two teeth cleaned.
