We had the best time. The dover house is clean the rooms are spacious and I cant say enough for the staff they are amazing. We forgot our kid camera in there room and Cynthia took time and got the camera and is helping us get it home. She has helped so much. We had two rooms one for us and one for our kids and they made sure we were right beside each other like I asked. They had a nice area for cook outs 😋 and the pool was clean and nice water. We had a fabulous time!! The room was a perfect size, and the beach was literally across the street. The kitchen had two larger sized mini-fridges instead of a full-size refrigerator (with a small freezer section), but it was big enough for our food (family of 3). My only "issue" was that the water took forever to get hot and the water pressure was low, but everything else was perfect. We will return!

Was our first time visiting there. We are locals from Hollywood, FL. We love the beach and due to our stressful jobs we have the custom of going to the ocean frequently. We absolutely loved this place. Very peaceful, beach across the street and pool is lovely. We will definitely want to go back soon and maybe with our kiddos.

Lovely place. Of course, nice to basically be beachfront in Delray! Condos are small- but I pretty much expect that for beachfront condos. Excellent valet trash and towel service. What sets this place apart from condos nearby where I have stayed is the service. Daily towel replacements upon request, along with lots of other items they will provide to you upon request.
