My grandmother lives in this apartment complex, and the conditions here are absolutely unacceptable. The trash chute is constantly clogged, forcing residents to leave piles of garbage right outside of it. This not only creates a horrible smell but attracts pests—especially cockroaches. They’re everywhere. I’ve had multiple roaches crawl into my apartment from under the door, and I’m constantly having to kill them. There are four in my unit right now alone. It’s disgusting.
