Very nice neighborhood
I have lived here for about 18 years, first in the high rise for over 5 years then on the Townhouse side of the property for the last 13 years. In 2007 it was very a good place to live. It has progressively declined over the years to the point that in many tenants apartments/townhomes it's truly like we're in a slum ! AND THAT IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION ! They used to eradicate bedbugs with heat treatments immediately, now I'm not sure they do anything at all!! water leaks that go unrepaired for literally months if not years the... read more
Trash compactor always plugged. People putting their trash on the floor and most is not bagged. Liquid and food lay all over the floor and carpets are permantly stained. It's unsanitary and the smell is horrible! I've lived here for 10 years and had this issue since I moved in. My apt. Is right above the compactor so the trash is left only a few feet from my door. Why has this been allowed to continue? Please help!!
