Dr. Kulbacki and the staff at Dover Health Care Center always make me feel welcome! I truly believe they care about my well-being and comfort. Dr. Kulbacki does an amazing job explaining what she's doing, why I might hurt in a specific area, and giving me suggestions to take better care of myself. I can tell they are passionate about what they do here.

They fit me in ASAP as a first time patient because I was suffering from a slipped rib. I was very pleased with the office manager and Dr. Kulbacki. They all seem to genuinely care about their patients and I am so thankful to find a place like this. I can not wait to continue my care with Dr. K. I definitely recommend this business.
