The best car buying experience I ever had
I had a very good experience. I obtained a good deal with a minimum of bargaining. Both the sales person and finance officer were friendly, knowledgable, and anxious to answer every question that I had. Also, When I had further questions, both responded to my call immediately. Without reservation would highly recommend this dealership to others.
Ramon worked very har.d for the sale. He was pleasant and knowledgable and went out of his way to obtain the answers for my questions.
I had an awesome experience purchasing my new Dodge Journey! No high pressure sale tactics, just friendly, helpful service. My husband and I were looking for a crossover/SUV within a certain price range. We were both very happy with the Salesman, Nick, who was both courteous and friendly. For the first time buying a car was a pleasant experience!
Our salesman, Jason Schultz, was simply outstanding! We were not anticipating buying a car that day rather than simply looking, nor were we looking forward to a hard sell. Jason immediately put us at ease, allowed us to drive the process, responded candidly to all of our questions, and worked the process in such a low key way to allow our excitement to build. We walked out with the car. We will look forward to working with Jason and Dover Dodge on our next purchase.
My husband and I were very happy with Dover dodge. Our salesman, Greg was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were there for quite awhile and when we finally decided it was close to closing time. They actually went above and beyond by washing the car after hours and prepping it for us even though it was so late. We love our new car and would definitely buy our next car here.
