I had a lot of work done in one session. They were very good. The dentist the did the work was fabulous! She was very professional and nice.
All of the people (at the North High St. location) that I've encountered here were kind and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care, they're so very gentle ( I have extremely sensitive & problematic teeth) and the staff is not at all judgmental , unlike many dentist offices I have been to. They make you feel very comfortable and talk to you like a friend ( a very professional one of course) but I will continue to come here for ever probably. Over all pleased with the services provided to my 6 year old waiting rooms a little cramped but it can easily be over looked Because the staff is friendly and the area is nice will be returning
Just got a new dental insurance so sadly had to seek out a new practice to join. Was excited to find Dover Dental close to home with some good reviews. I called and inquired about accepting new patients. The receptionist said yes, and asked to place me on a hold. After holding for over 5 min. I called back and inquired again. She gave me a half apology saying that it was disconnected when it wasn't disconnected. She verified my insurance and placed me on another hold while she looked at the calendar. Always in time with my appointments and I usually can get in within a week!
I just took my SIL and nephew for a cleaning. We waited 2.5 HOURS and neither of them had been cleaned yet, so we left. Until now, I was also a patient and have waited upwards of an hour despite having an appointment. Never returning!
A very friendly and cheerful staff ( always ready to help), they can get me in almost at the drop of a hat the next day, and serve my needs adequately....
