I love living here. I’ve been here for over 5 years and have had nothing but good interactions with apartment management and maintenance staff. Submitting maintenance requests through the online portal is simple and quick, generally with results within a business day. The area and building are overall fairly quiet, and each unit has an assigned off-street parking spot as well as a small stacked washer and dryer unit.
Have just moved out of Dover after almost 2 years there. Was a great experience. Wonderful neighborhood and great management. We only moved to have a more space. We actually stayed with Skyline Management, moving to one of their larger units at a different property. Happy to be continuing the relationship with them!
Very cozy place, land lord is great, she’s always on top of maintenance etc.
We’ve lived here for over 3 years now and it has been the most pain free experience in an Apartment Community we’ve experienced. Marty is wicked fast with maintenance requests, and Leah Wolfe is great at getting back to us in a timely manner! Everyone we’ve met here has been kind and neighborly. Anytime something has had to been replaced, they replace/repair it quickly with something better. I would highly recommend checking this community out!
Just moved in and I’ve been more than impressed. The apartment is in fantastic condition and my landlord was very helpful with the move in process. Highly recommended!
