This place should be shut down immediately, I'm filling a law suit against them for keeping me there against my Will... They apparently absolutely do not care about their patients needs, ... I don't know why the state of Delaware hasn't shut them down...

How, and WHY is this facility still in business? Does ANYONE even care about the patient's, and employees here. I have read so many reviews that mentioned that people were going to contact their lawyers, and politicians about this horrific facility so I would really like to know what happened.

My mom has been in your care for the last four days. We are unable to talk to anyone concerning her care of what is happening with her. I have left several messages daily and nobody has returned my calls. We weren’t given any information concerning how long she would be there or what would happen after. She called us once to say they weren’t giving her her meds and she felt like she was having a heart attack. We haven’t been able to get ahold of her since then. Why aren’t you calling the families back? What’s going on that ... read more

After waiting 8 hrs my 13 year old son was finally admitted. 1st I knew my son was suicidal but had not seen any cuts on him, my son admitted to me last night he showed the staff during evaluation his cuts, they never once told me anything they let me sit there in tears and tell them everything and never told me he was cutting and had fresh cuts. As of right now my son has been admitted not even 48hr. Within the first 18 hrs of being admitted I recieved a call to tell me there was an altercation and my 13 year old son was... read more

You should be rated minus stars. One is too much. That’s it... keeping my son drugged, isolated from loved ones, and not releasing him. I tried to work with staff, but get a run around and games. You don’t want to let him out. I am contacting the state and reporting you. Then if he isn’t released by this weekend, I am letting politicians know ( and by the way, my son is at Washington DC on deployment) as well as a lawyer. You guys are worse than a prison.

This place deserves no stars. This is a for profit institution, that will incarcerate you for the maximum number of days your insurance will pay. The time you are locked up depends on your insurance and not your needs. A relative was hospitalized for 5 days and then transferred to this facility, he was told to receive physical therpy after the hospitilization, however this was totally ignored by Dover Behavioral Health and as a result he was dibilitated and lost 15 pounds. Also could not sleep for his entire confinement. Hi... read more

My daughter was sent here against my wishes because it was the only bed available in the State of DE. She has been there since Monday it is now Wednesday and my daughter called me last night to let me know that they were releasing her on Friday it would have been sooner but they couldn't get a social worker there sooner. We have not had a family meeting without any research on my daughter. I'm furious at how totally unprofessional they seem to be at this facility. So I received a phone call this morning to confirm what my da... read more
