Justin arrived promptly for the appointment. He was friendly, professional and did a good job! The door was an ancient wooden one from the 70's and it needed hardware, support cables, and new springs. It's running the quietest it has in years and goes up and down smoothly. Dover is a good outfit! Recommended!
Noah Truxton, service tech from Dover, was out today to service our less than 90 day old new garage door opener which had quit working over the weekend. Noah was on time and although realtively new he seemed very knowledgeable and withen 30 minutes it was determined that our opener was defective so a new one has been ordered and, hopefully, will be replaced once they receive the new replacement.
