I had an AMAZING experience this morning, Chloe was very helpful in helping me pick out new frames, as well as some new sunglasses. She and, I believe it was Ross, were so nice and open and we bonded. A great time and very informative about the whole process. Thank you so much and I appreciate you so much! One at a time! All the staff here are absolutely amazing! I've been going to this location since I moved to Colorado about 10 years ago and they just keep getting better and better!
Dr. Stacy Riley is a wonderful person who cares about you & your family. Also like to bring up the staff are great with helping you of your needs. One of them is Felix 👍 She helped me & my wife with glasses. Last she helped keep our son John company who is 5 years old. Give them a try.
Worst customer service ever from the Broncos Parkway location! I made an appointment for an emergency exam due to a foreign body in my eye. I was told by the front desk attendant that it was a great day to come in as they were not busy. After checking in, I was taken to an exam room, asked a few medical questions and given a short eye exam. I was told the doctor would be in to see me in 5-10 minutes. 35 minutes later in was still waiting. I really thought they forgot about me.
