I have been living here for the past few months, Evelyn has been amazing to work with. Every time I go into the office she makes me feel like we are just old friends catching up. Would definitely recommend great prices and maintenance is always Quick to respond
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT They will scam you out of your money! Management tricked me into signing 2 leases, increasing my rent and my duration of stay. Kept charging me an "admin fee" that increased slowly over the months? Took them FIVE MONTHS to mail me back my security deposit after I threatened to sue. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
It's a good place to live but the detail about an apartment is wrong. It doesn't have a garbage disposer or a laundry room. Plus there's a problem with the online payment dealing with rent. I've been charged for late fee when I pay the rent early before the month is done and sometime it will make a schedule payment without you knowing also, That's the only problem I been having. It's a nice place, it's quiet and You don't have to worry about unexpected guests because You need a code to come in.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible mold problems in the unit with ZERO ventilation. Terrible roach problem in the summers. The area is also very sketchy, I’ve had multiple packages stolen, mailboxes broken into and someone tried to break into my car. Furthermore a 15 old was shot around the corner of this apartment building. Management does nothing to fix anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I recently moved in Dove Tree Apartments in February and at first they seemed like really good apartments to live in but i thought WRONG. These apartments have way to many leaking and molding problems. Theres mold in the corners of my restroom, closet and baseboards. Not only that including a leak that comes from the bottom of my tub that causes water to aslo come up from the bottom of my floor and wall it's insane.
