So I've only been at Dove landing just in court for 3 months and it's been the worst experience.. They worry all about their money. Instead of how many people are living in one size two-bedroom unit, they allow certain people to do things than others. Overall, my experience in the beginning was great. Now my experience here sucks. We have a pool. We pay $1,400 a month for rent. DOVE LANDING !!!! My experience with Dove Landing is horrible. I moved there January 24, 2025 first I like it because it was a smoke free community and had great amenities . Then between April and May, things change people in the hallway, smoking marijuana. The smoke was strong. I was choking on the smoke my domestic partner he was choking and he’s on oxygen. One word, unacceptable. Dove landing please do better in the future. Over the past 5 years it has been a roller coaster living here. The first owners I did not have any issues with, they were on top of their maintenance and made living here feel like it was home. When Kev prop. took over it has been nothing short of a disaster. Our AC unit started smoking to the point of calling the fire department and the maintence team took over a week to respond to. Our refrigerator flooded our entire kitchen and it took weeks to replace.... read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I just moved out but before I did, everything was broken. I moved here in 2022 and it was fine but in early 2024 when KEV property management took over, it’s been terrible ever since! Maintenance takes days to fix issues (or they just don’t come at all) and the office doesn’t care. I’ve been lock INSIDE the apartment complex more times than I can count because maintenance never fixed the front door issue. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
