Last night I experienced a leak in my apartment that caused some flooding—definitely an inconvenience! However, the response from the maintenance team at Dove Landing was remarkable. If I could give this place a negative star review on 1 thousand I would. This place is so awful. I moved out in June received a 165 dollar charge taken out of deposit. 15 for move out and 145 for cleaning. We had cleaned the apartment top to bottom. So I wouldn't waste your time cleaning cause they will charge you regardless. Also as far as the rest of my deposit it was mailed to the apartment that I rented from them not the forwarding address they asked for when I moved. My elderly mother has been living here for quite a while. And I will say I keep an eye out on things. One thing I've noticed is the new maintenance supervisor is LAZY! Everytime I visit my mother, which is very often I see him just sitting in his truck or driving around in his truck, and he’s extremely rude… This is very irritating , atleast the other guys do work from what I've seen but not the supervisor! So I've only been at Dove landing just in court for 3 months and it's been the worst experience.. They worry all about their money. Instead of how many people are living in one size two-bedroom unit, they allow certain people to do things than others. Overall, my experience in the beginning was great. Now my experience here sucks. We have a pool. We pay $1,400 a month for rent. DOVE LANDING !!!! My experience with Dove Landing is horrible. I moved there January 24, 2025 first I like it because it was a smoke free community and had great amenities . Then between April and May, things change people in the hallway, smoking marijuana. The smoke was strong. I was choking on the smoke my domestic partner he was choking and he’s on oxygen.
