Staff was very nice I had use their walk-in services to get a tooth extracted. Thanks Dr. Johnson
My experience was great from beginning to end as a new patient. Everything was explained right down to my treatment plan and payment options. ALL of the staff was amazing, friendly, and very patient. Dr. Krystle Johnson (my namesake) was very informative and explained in detail my treatment plan and the importance on why everything was needed. I will definitely not be going to any other dental office. I loved it so much, my mom will be going!

Inappropriate billing and poor dental care – would not recommend. My experience with Dove Dental in the past (Bartlett) has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I had dental services done over two years ago and paid my out-of-pocket costs at the time. Suddenly, in June 2025, I began receiving text messages claiming I owed $263. After disputing the charge, I was told they refiled the claims based on updated EOBs and the balance is now only $32.
