Extremely unprofessional and a massive waste of time for parents. I called ahead, explicitly gave them my child's age, and explained that he has a disability and needs specific accommodations. They assured me they could see him. I took time off work and kept my children out of daycare for this appointment. As soon as we arrived, they put forth minimal effort and turned us away because they 'didn't have the tools' for him. Dr. Mathew and her staff take care of my entire family. One of our family members used to drive all the way from North Carolina to be seen by the staff. They treat us like family for our various dental needs. The team is exceptional! They welcome us with a smile and provide a pod, professional, ultra clean, and inviting dental experience every time we have an appointment. We appreciate them for putting smiles on our faces and keeping them healthy!
