Amazing staff. Everyone is so professional and kind; really feels like a family. X-rays were easy and non-stressful. Definitely recommend!
Scheduled appt - requested xrays from previous dentist as they were no longer on Ins. Emailed those and called back to confirm time as I never got an email, or text as a reminder. They sent email with no time listed on it. I was told 12:30. Arrived 30 mins early and filled out online paperwork. Walked in at 12:20 and was told my appt was at 12:00 and there is a 10 min grace period. Called back 3 times and sent request for call back once. I have heard nothing.
