I'm sharing this 5 star review and I didn't have my couch cleaned! My reason for sharing is that Jim was super at returning my phone calls and texts regarding a couch in a rental that needed cleaning. He typically doesn't go up the mountain once the winter begins, but he was willing to do so. When we supplied him pictures of the couch, Jim gave us his honest opinion that it might not be worth it to us due to the age of the couch and the cost of a replacement versus what he would charge us.
