I have bought two cars from Dougs and while I have had some minor issues with the first one I bought and drove for more than two years I paid cash for that car and very pleased with it!!! When I decided that I wanted a newer vehicle Dougs was the first place I looked I found a car that I fell in love with and have had nothing but awesome service from Ruby, she is a wonderful person and always ask me when I make my payment how the car is doing as well as my family! Car they sold me has problems, I know it is buy as is but they didn't want to help me at all. More like OH WELL....Sucks to be you. Other places would have cared more.

The business is owned by Doug and his wife, Ruby. Ruby runs the desk, and Doug runs everything else from home or wherever he is. Ruby spends time befriending you. Asking questions about your friends and family. Asking about your job. She'll actually sell you a car knowing you can't pay for it. Then, when you're late, she'll promise to give you some time. As soon as you get off the phone to her though, expect a knock on the door wanting the keys to your car. She does dirty business. They won't fix cars even though they promis... read more
