Hard working, honest people. Trust your rugs with Doug! Fine hand knotted rugs deserve good "Rug Care" to preserve the dyes and weaves. Avoid any company that advertises Truck mounted units and have the word "Steam" in the name of their business when it comes to wool rugs. Highly recommend Doug's Rug Care in PA.
