just now Doug did a great job on our livingroom carpet after our dog was sick and made a HUGE mess. I thought there was no way the stain would come out of the new, tan carpet but it was spotless after he was finished. Excellent work!
We took a braided rug made by my mother over 50 years ago to Doug for cleaning and some repairs. The rug looked beautiful after his work on it and it has been shipped to New Mexico to our daughter's home. Now the 3rd generation will be able to enjoy the rug for many years to come, thanks to Doug.
