Because their front desk was rude to us as we were giving them business after going there for years. and we made a small not rude review on my page, they bashed us on Facebook, making it more unprofessional on their part. No one said anything about anyone else just the rude front desk lady. They attacked like kids would in highschool. Just be kind. They have always been good to us and very truthful. We’ve always gone here and never had issues. Recently, in a panic to get to work, my car wouldn’t start. I called them when I couldn’t get a hold of my husband and they offered to come jump my car and take me to the shop. (Husband showed up though) I was in and out within 30 min with a new battery (source of problem), oil change and the works. Way cheaper than a dealership and make you feel like family. Highly HIGHLY recommend.
We love going to Dougs! We have been going there for years! Never have had any problems and love how good they always clean my vehicle with vacuuming and cleaning the windshield! We trust their work.
rude, childish, unprofessional, charges $20 for a tire rotation and didn't even check the air pressure even though they said they did 😐 then they made a post about us after my wife called them out on being rude when we picked up our car... all this the first time I used them and she has used them for years, and we will never again...go ahead and keep deleting our comments and comments of others off of your post because they make you look bad that's fine what ever you have to do to try and make your business look good lol...
