I hate to write a bad review for what seems to be a nice family business, but here it goes anyway. I just brought in my lawn mower to have the blade sharpened. I have done this before and have just left it. He stated that if I wanted to wait it would be about 15 minutes. I said sure. It took less than 10 minutes and he brought it to my vehicle and said to go inside they would take care of the bill. I went inside to pay and she said it was $30 dollars. Bought a used mower from this poorly managed establishment and the thing has never ran right. I have put 36 hours on the mower since I purchased and they have supposedly fixed it every time and when I get it home it runs but leaks oil enough that it dies mid mow. I would not ever do business with them again. And now I’m stuck with a lawn mower that there negligence and inexperience has ruined. The mechanics never fixed anything. Needed a new zero turn after the repair costs on my 24 year old one were more than it was still worth. I looked at a couple places, did some price comparisons and research on models and I was sold on the Ferris. It was by far the best priced. The suspension is s dream on my bumpy front yard and it cuts awesome. Doug made the experience super easy. I filled out the paperwork in the morning and he had it dropped it in my drive that evening.
Just got a new Ferris mower today & absolutely love it. Great customer service & will never buy from anywhere else again!
