Extremely disappointed with both the quality of work and the owner's lack of accountability My experience with this company was terrible from start to finish, and I would not recommend them to anyone. On the day of my service, they initially forgot to cut my lawn. I went outside to check because I noticed they had already left, and at that time my driver's side window was completely fine. Great lawn cutting service, dreadful customer service. Snarky and argumentative email replies to complaint inquiries. Not a pleasant experience. They cut grass well though!
