We are a 50’s-style diner located in Alliance, Ohio and have been in operation for over fifty years. We started as a Stewarts Root Beer drive-in and still serve Stewarts Root Beer on tap today. My Wife, 7 months pregnant, was just there and ordered the chicken alfredo with broccoli. Now, I have never had an issue with Doug’s whatsoever. I always get the King Kong deluxe and a box of cheddar fries. Yes, I can put it away. The service is good and the food has always been great. But today, my wife eats a few pieces of broccoli which is in the alfredo sauce and a couple pieces off the edge of the chicken. Worked there for over 20 years and met some wonderful people worked for Fred and then for Doug I served a lot of homemade root beer in frosted mugs good memories sad we lost Doug so soon and when we had carhops that was really fun times

We ordered take out and I asked for Buffalo Chicken Salad and got grilled that was NOT cooked it was pink. we had probably two handfuls of lettuce and I specifically asked for fries on the salad and did not get any. This isn't the first time but will be my last.
It’s not what it used to be, including the staff. We haven’t been back.
