Word of mouth promoted the benefits of a deep clean with quick dry times and natural products, and Doug began providing service to Lake of the Ozarks and Columbia. In 2014 Doug expanded to Franklin county. Services include carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning (fabric and leather) and tile and grout cleaning with grout sealing.

UPDATE: After my scheduling mix up, the company really wanted to make things right. And they definitely did!!!!! They came out today to clean my carpeting and they did an absolutely AMAZING job. My carpets look brand new again!!! He more than made up for the scheduling mix up. I will definitely use this company again and will also recommend him to family and friends!! If your thinking about using his company, DO IT!!!!

We would like to commend Doug’s Chem-Dry on the amazing response we recently received when faced with near disaster following our daughter’s wedding. Upon the completion of the wedding the Priest brought to our attention that the candles used during the service had dripped wax on the carpeting around the alter. Not just a few drops, a lot of wax.
