Word of mouth promoted the benefits of a deep clean with quick dry times and natural products, and Doug began providing service to Lake of the Ozarks and Columbia. In 2014 Doug expanded to Franklin county. Services include carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning (fabric and leather) and tile and grout cleaning with grout sealing.

I have always used Doug and his crew for carpet cleaning, and they have always done an amazing job and are reasonably priced! Recently my basement flooded and they were there very quickly to get it cleaned up and get my carpets back to new again. Doug was even able to give me tips on how to prevent any future water issues. Dougs Chem Dry came to my home and cleaned my carpets throughout the house. After the carets dried I noticed some stains still present. I had posted an earlier comment and Doug, himself, telephoned me regarding not only my comments but to see when would be a good time to rectify the issue of still noticeable stains. He came and went over the problem areas of the carpet and that type of service is what was so greatly appreciated. By the way there is quite a difference in the look of the carpet area.
