5 Star : My Experience Jared and his team did an amazing job on my 2009 Mini Cooper “S.” Great communication, great work, and my car looks fantastic! Jared explained everything he needed to do and took care of the insurance representative. This was my first time taking my car to Douglassville Auto Body and I will come back for any other body work I need done as well as recommend to my friends. I am completely satisfied! Thank you!

0 Star : My Experience My vehicle wasn't repaired because it was deemed a total loss due to the extensive amount of damage. Should I ever have vehicle damage I would certainly return as a customer because I got immediate friendly service and I really liked it. I was disappointed with the lack of communication/online system that tracked the progress of my repair but thats my only "dissatisfaction."
