5 Star : My Experience First time at Douglassville Auto and was completely pleased. A little further drive than my last auto body shop but definitely a different experience. Emails to keep me updated about the progress. No sitting around “waiting for this or waiting for that”. Rental car with Enterprise easiest ever. The work was excellent. My rear taillight after being “fixed” by an alternate shop was replaced correctly so no condensation is in the light—at my expense but it is perfect now.
