Communication with email and office was great. Easy to reach. Service was prompt and owner was friendly and easy to reach.
The owner personally came out to inspect my issue. Gave us professional advice. The 2nd time I've dealt with DRI and each experience was the greatest. When you have any issues. We have used Cyrena at two houses in Punta Gorda to inspect our roofs. Our house at 3810 Barnegat Dr. had a new roof put on by Douglass Restoration in December of 22. We had her come out to check a skylight leak. She came out promptly and fixed it. She’s also very proffessional.
I could not ask for a better outcome for the new roof and new gutters I would highly recommend DRI
