The woman who took my blood was very patient and kind. It was also got seen quickly.
Had blood test done and was a very awful experience. Needle was being moved around whilst blood was being withdrawn and left a horrible big bruise which was painful for almost a month. Worst blood test experience by far.
The person I dealt with was very cold and talked down to me from the minute I arrived. Didn’t tell me what she was doing at any point. Very little communication. I would refer to the way she set up and took off my ECG strips as slapped them on me and ripped them off. Not sure why you waited untill the test tubes were filled with blood to ask me to check the spelling on the label. For a lot of people getting a blood test is traumatic anyway. First time coming to this pathology center and it was a great experience. Brittany was a very kind and supportive nurse who helped me with the progress of getting the blood test done. I will definitely be coming back for future visits as it’s a lot closer to home for me. Thank you!
