I first visited Dr. Thayer many years ago, I had re-injured an old hip/lower back injury. I called every chiropractor for 15 miles around Clinton and could not get an appointment for at least 3 weeks, when I called his office they took my in as a new patient within 2 hours. I can only attest for my condition, but I literally crawled in, was seen & treated within a 1/2 hour. Dr. Thayer made me feel comfortable from our first visit and he and his staff continue to do so. They are accommodating of my schedule and make appointments sometimes at the last minute, especially if I am in pain. I have seen many different specialist for my back problems but I know that when I leave his care I feel better every time. Great Chiropractor!!!

Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication? Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Yes Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions. Did you feel that your visit with the provider was time well spent? Absolutely yes

Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

It was obvious they didn't care about me Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
