I had Sinus and deviated septum surgery . Dr. Dvorak and his staff were great they took really good care of me!
if I could give negative stars I would. I arrived early for my appointment, checked in and sat down. 5 minutes later I got a call from the receptionist asking for information while still in the waiting room because she didn't realise I was physically there for the appointment I had just checked in for. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be taken back to a room, where I waited another 10 minutes to see the doctor (that I could hear talking to his colleagues outside the door for at least 5 m... read more
I cannot get there until June 3 My ears are blocked from a virus/cold I had for 6 weeks.
Dr. Dvorak was rude and dismissive, told me "not my problem" when I described a specific symptom, and his nurse was equally as rude. They referred me to a Genesis radiology clinic that charges 3x rate of nearby clinics, and when I brought this up to mister Dvorak he was utterly disinterested. He does not seem interested in his patients' wellbeing -- at all.
Grumpy and unprofessional. Took a whole 5 minutes to make us feel we were wasting his time. Staff was not much better.
He's a great doctor, very thorough and explains things well
