Unorganized office . Never get call backs . With important issues no one responds back. Only time you get call is for payment balance.
Great doctor with a amazing staff
I am out of a medication I desperately need the doctor to refill and they won’t let me see her until I pay a $50 fee I owe them, however I have been trying to get in touch with the office for nearly two weeks to make an arrangement for me to come in to pay them so we can continue with business. I have called them every other day and still radio silence. I’m very disappointed because Dr. Chudzick is a good doctor and has been a family doctor for a decade now but I am fed up with the lack of communication here at this office.
