AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Dr. Jean Marie is kind and seems to genuinely care about her patients, but the office is a complete disaster. I was trying to coordinate care for my very sick mother while she was hospitalized, and this office made an already stressful situation even worse. Important paperwork was somehow "misplaced," phone calls weren't returned, scheduled appointment times came and went without any call, and the doctor was essentially unreachable when we needed her most. Unorganized office . Never get call backs . With important issues no one responds back. Only time you get call is for payment balance.
