They charged me double rent. I took my account off of auto pay when they were fixing it. They never told me it was fixed, then charged me a late fee on the second of the month. Refused to remove it even though I do not have a history of late payment. Lane Johnson is just terrible to people, seriously one of the worst representatives I’ve ever dealt with. The management personnel is evil. Every time they find out you have a visitor to your apartment they give you a violation claiming that the person who visited you is living in your two bedroom apartment with you without their permission. I am the only person who lives in this two bedroom townhouse that they charge $1, 395 per month for. And they are trying to evict me in court for allegedly letting another person live in the other bedroom.
