Professional, timely, pulled up when he projected, and got my car from garage to repair shop quickly. Very pleased with response.
I see from other reviews what kind of operation they are and my experience was similar. They first did a police tow after an accident, then subcontracted a tow for Hot Rides Auto Body to the latter's shop, without providing an estimate beforehand - contrary to Illinois regulations. All with outrageous prices. Guess it's easy to overcharge when you give people the price after the fact, holding their cars hostage.
