Douglas Roofing's representative Harvey Shoemaker did an outstanding job working with our insurance company to ensure they understood the nature of the wind damage on our roof. After the insurer made an initial claims estimate well below the actual cost to repair the roof, Harvey made a video of the roof, comparing new shingles with the existing shingles to demonstrate that redoing just a few spots (as proposed by the insurer) would be unsatisfactory and a complete re-roofing would be necessary.
