Very easy to work with and very honest. We had them come out a few times where they told us we did not need work done after other companies had told us we needed a whole new roof! So when we finally did need a new roof, we definitely went back to them!
Douglas Roofing did an exceptional job on my roof; Adam and Jack gave me a thorough assessment and cost estimate and the roofing crew, led by Jefferson, did superb work in replacing my roof on a very hot day! Would highly recommend!
Douglas did a great job on my townhouse in Reston! His folks stopped by to do a free inspection of my roof, which revealed wind and hail damage in enough places to qualify for insurance replacement. They worked with my insurance company to get all the approvals done, so I had a brand new roof done for just the $1,000 deductible on my policy. Very happy with the quality of the staff and the installation crew, and would recommend them without hesitation!
