When I had an active leak coming from my ceiling after a big storm, Marc immediately came and diagnosed the situation. He was friendly, professional, well versed in homeowners insurance claims regarding roofing, and confirmed it was not a roofing issue - it was my HVAC! Thank you so much Marc and Douglass Roofing for the great response, root cause analysis and wonderful photos to document the situation! Highly Recommend!

Great company to work with. David Kerns asked to inspect our roof since he noticed some missing shingles and possible damages while working on my neighbor’s roof. He worked with our insurance company and got our roof replaced. We then worked with Haley Barry to finalize the work order and the process was very smooth. The work was done in one day, and our new roof looks great. Between the upgraded CertainTeed roofing products and our deductible, we paid less than 7k$ out of pocket. I recommend working with this company.
