Had a tooth ache and looked at the list TRICARE provided and workes my way down. Everybody had a week wait until Dr. Wood who had an appointment available at 9 the next day. After making the appointment, I looked up the directions on Google Maps and saw a couple of 1 star reviews and expected to come into some shack with rusty instruments. Instead, the receptionist was very nice, after filling out a questionnaire, had me back in the chair with a x-ray in 10 minutes. The work was good, the dentist was rude.
Absolutely rude dentist. Horrible bedside manner, you don't treat patients that way. Never going there again.
Iv been going to Dr woods since I was a little girl. I feel like he no longer care's about his job he is kinda rude and short. I had a horrible tooth ake for 5 day's I could hardly eat or sleep. Still had responsibilitys work, getting kid to school. Went in to him it was all bad. I left there feeling worse pain 3× more from when I came in. I skipped my cleaning there. By far the worst dentist I have ever been to. I had a tooth bothering me and its been bad for a long time would rather get it pulled and he got all snobby with me. He was yelling at his assistant the last time I was there while working on my teeth. Very unprofessional. I will not be going back there to him nor will my family.
