I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it

Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! Doug Larson is an expert with the head adjustment and many problems come from rhe plates in the head being out of adjustmemt. I am taking a friend to see him who fell backwards and hit his head . Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature.
