Great Office - dog friendly – Doug is an extremely friendly and professional agent. He was quick to answer all of my questions. I'll be sure to do business with him again!
Not recommended – Rented a house through Douglas and have nothing but problems when dealing with him. Should have been a red flag when he took a call during lease signing from a friend and was talking about how he 'over-extended' himself and needed to close something so he could pay his bills that week. The owners requested a background and financial check which he did not do.
