We walked in nervous. He walked in calm, funny, and immediately put both me and my child at ease. He asked a lot of thoughtful questions and actually listened to the answers. He talked directly to my child and engaged my child in the conversation instead of talking over them, which I really appreciated. Amazing cardiologist who cares his patients holistically! Thorough provider with a fabulous staff!
Bait and switch. We scheduled with Dr. Allen but were switched to the nurse practitioner when we came to the appointment without explanation. He was in the office, so it didn't make sense. YMMV.
Dr. Allen is an amazing cardiologist, he is the best of the best! Can't express enough everything he did for my daughter! He has seen her for 17 years now!
