Great customer service Called the company to complain about my neighbor’s backyard. Jay was very nice and asked me to send picture so that he can send the proper letter to my neighbor. I send him pictures and within 3 weeks my neighbor’s piles of trash and limbs was gone out of the yard. Jay also followed up with me to make sure the issue was resolved. Best Management Company I have ever worked with would recommend them to community that wants professional service for their community.
Professional company I was behind on my dues by 18 months and Jay was very professional and helpful in working with me setup a payment plan. After negotiating back and forth, we agreed to a payment I could afford and after 11 month was caught up and current again with the community. Could not ask for a better management company to manage my community.
Great and friendly staff Carole was very helpful as I am a first time homeowner and thought my dues were included in my escrow account. However much to my surprise this was not the case and the Property Manager was nice and allowed me to pay online and waive the late fee one time as a courteous.
great homeowner support So very grateful our Association changed to Douglas Property Management. the property manager returns my calls and answer my emails. Pete has been very helpful with getting the community cleaned up since they have taken over our community. I would recommend them to anyone as the have been the most professional company our community has had in 15 years
Professional staff Jennifer was very nice and helpful as we are new to living in an HOA. she emailed us all the documents we need to fill out for our new roof and called us once the request was approved. it is good to know our community is managed by a professional and courteous company
Help staff Great company as I called in because I was having issues with neighbors setting off fireworks all hours of the night. Bill explained the covenants to me and stated he would send a letter tot eh homeowner that was setting off the fireworks. Bill was also very informed as he provided me with county ordinance and recommend to call police if it continues. The homeowner has stopped firing off fireworks it is great as I can sleep through the night now
Quick response to issue Called to report some vandalism by the tennis courts in the community and Pete was very professional. I noticed the repairs were done within a few days and I received a follow-up call letting me know repairs were done and Pete thank me for bringing this to his attention. Great manager for our lovely little community
Friendly and helpful staff Carol was very nice and friendly as she helped me make my HOA dues payment online. I was not able to complete the process but Carol was patient and walked me through the process. so glad to know our community is in good hands with this management company
Friendly staff Called to find out which utilities were available for our new home and Nini was very nice and provided all companies we could use for gas, water, and trash. she also help us setup the gate codes for guests to our community. great company to have managing our lovely communtiy
