Worse management company ever. Amanda Taylor refuses to return calls or answer emails and even her manager refuses to respond. They manage Shiloh Valley Subdivision and they do nothing but sit on their butt and get paid. Amanda has been informed numerous times over the past 9 months about the tennis court gates are broken, nets damaged due to residents and renters allowing kids to jump, ride bikes or play soccer on the courts and she does nothing. Worst property management company! Avoid them at all costs
Very inefficient & ineffective property management firm. Rating of 2.4 of a possible 5.0 and most of the higher ratings are bogus!! AVOID!!!
If you want to evaluate the oversight of Douglas Property Management, I invite you to visit the Townhomes @ Callaway Road & Green Tea Drive in Marietta, GA 30008. Hedges have not been trimmed in weeks. The Lawn Service mowed the larger lawns & headed out, not bothering to trim hedges. If you are looking to rent or buy in our community, I recommend you look elsewhere, unless you enjoy doing your own lawn work, after paying for lawn service to the HOA. I have had positive experiences with Douglas Property Management. Always helpful when I have questions and need guidance.
Do not hire this company, this company lies, manipulates, takes advantage of elderly and naïve to keep their job secured for the long run. They will break Bylaws, not enforce Covenants, they do not go by building safety codes, honestly they could care less about your community, beware. I have resigned off the board about month ago, and I had so many complaints of how our property is looking horrible, even the property value has went down 27%.
I have managed community by-myself for two years to help my community. For the first time this year we had board, and I talked the new board into hiring this company, worst mistake I ever done. From beginning I noticed a lot of issues, our property is not being maintained, Covenants is not being enforced, Bylaws are not being enforced, our vendors were not being paid, we lost our landscaping and DPM Company lies.
