I decided to try out Pennino Family Dentistry based on a referral from my friend and I'm extremely glad I did. They really rolled out the "red carpet" for me and made sure every detail was taken care of during my time there. They have the latest technology, updated services and also superior customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new dentist in the Northwest suburbs!

I had an initial consultation with Lindsey for cleaning, x-rays, periodontal evaluation and cancer screening. All these services were performed for $99 as a new patient even though I had a previous consult with Dr. Douglas last Fall for a problem tooth. Doug found a cavity in an important bridge abutment tooth which was repaired the next day so I could keep my cruise reservations without dental concerns. Excellent care, excellent service.

It is so refreshing in these days of big business to experience personal recognition in this family dental practice . Dr. Pennino asks about my kids whom he knows well over the years and his hygienists remember the details about my family as well. Coming to my regular cleanings is like catching up with an old friend!

As with all of my past visits to Dr Pennino, last Thursday's was not different. He and his staff are head and shoulders above anyone else and I would not trust seeing someone else. Excellent 6 stars on a 5 star scale.
