Experience with service dept is a total disaster. did same job 2 times. Tractor fuel starvation. according to the description on the invoice billed for each job time. plus other operations issues with my tractor. Called operations manager to resolve the issues. No call back yet. Will wait a few days to see what transpires. before we proceed. Further to this they will not return e-mail and will not return old fuel pump or credit me the amount as i do not believe a new fuel pump was installed.
